3-year limited

Hardware defects in materials and workmanship on all Helm, Polaris, and Bridge units.

Free shipping

We provide prepaid return labels on all in-warranty RMAs in the continental US.

7-day turn

Most repairs ship back within seven business days of bench arrival.

Not covered

Liquid damage, physical impact, modifications, and out-of-warranty units (quote on receipt).
